Attention all members!
If you didn't already know by now IHC is planning an EGM to discuss the purchase of boards as well as the election of a club secretary (nominations welcome).
Originally scheduled for Sunday 2nd August, however this date is unsuitable due to the bank holiday so I had canvassed for preferences on a changed date. From the responses received, it is now deferred to Sunday 9th of August 2009, starting at 6pm at Little Island Hall (most likely the small meeting hall we usually use).
I take this opportunity to remind all members that attendance is encouraged (and mandatory if you have any issues you want discussed/opinions to air). As previously stated, please contact me with any other business you would like added to the agenda PRIOR to the meeting and of course, in good time to allow amendments to said agenda.
