Inline Hockey Cork

Consider this a survey. Post your real name in this forum if you are interested in playing some ice hockey if one of the local rinks puts in a good dasherboard system this year.

DEFINITELY interested! :) After talking to the owner of one of the rinks, it sounds like he would adjust the public skating schedule to accommodate ice hockey players if enough people are interested, but he needs to know ASAP so he can make arrangements to build a proper hockey rink (albeit temporary but under a very good tent, with good ice, boards, glass, lines, Zamboni, etc). The early sessions on Saturday and Sunday (10 a.m. to noon) as well as the late sessions (9 to 10 p.m.) all week were pretty quiet this past year, so those would probably be available and he said he could also open the rink earlier or later if there is a demand for it. Plans are already in place for figure skating lessons. We need to act fast to get ice hockey in town. Let's do it!!!!
